I or we agree to follow the Ol Bastard Inc Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP) Agreement with the prices posted on our web site (retail side) at the buy now button. I or we further agree to maintain a place of business where products of Ol Bastard Inc. will be displayed and available for purchase. The Ol Bastard Inc. 100% guarantees tool to work when assembled and used as directed. The Ol Bastard Inc. warrants its products 100% against manufacturer defects with replacement. Distributor agrees to instruct personnel in assembly and use of the Ol Bastard. The Ol Bastard and/or accessories will not be sold for less than Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP).
